Reading List

RPI Chairman and Founder Ron Paul presents this week at the Ron Paul Channel a list of seven books Paul suggests Secretary of State John Kerry should be reading to understand foreign policy and American history. Of course, these books would provide solid education for everyone seeking to expand their understanding of these matters.

Here is the reading list:

The New American Militarism by Andrew Bacevich

Osama bin Laden by Michael Scheuer

Presidential War Power by Louis Fisher

Theodore and Woodrow by Andrew Napolitano

Dying to Win by Robert Pape

A Pretext for War by James Bamford

War is a Racket by Smedley Butler

Louis Fisher and Michael Scheuer are members of the RPI Academic Board, while Andrew Napolitano is on the RPI Advisory Board.

Watch here Paul’s brief introduction to the books and their authors.
