The sudden and surprising arrest of FTX mega-scammer Sam Bankman-Fried in the Bahamas has perplexed some of America’s top legal minds. Constitutional Law Professor Jonathan Turley is shocked that he was nabbed just before he was set to testify (and further incriminate himself) before the US House Financial Services Committee (Chaired by SBF’s old friend Maxine Waters).
