Today a Ukrainian Naval Vessel – ironically named “Donbass” – was steaming toward the Kerch Strait which is controlled by Russia without filing for permission to pass through Russian territorial waters. Though at the end of the day, the Ukrainian military blinked, it is another in a series of high-level provocations that Kiev is using to manipulate its Western protectors into entering war with Russia.
