New Russia Sanctions ‘Underscore Vindictiveness & Pettiness’ of Obama Administration

How should the Russian president respond to President Obama’s announcement yesterday of new US sanctions, the expulsion of 35 Russian diplomats, and the closing of two Russian government owned facilities in the US?
