House Votes To End Iran War – Will Trump Ignore Congress?

Last night the US House for the first time was able to pass a Concurrent Resolution on the Floor instructing the President to remove US Troops from the combat arena with Iran. The vote, according to a provision in the 1973 War Powers Act, is seen as symbolic but the symbolism runs both ways. Is a slumbering Congress beginning to wake up?
