The largest military spending increase in modern times is before the US Senate, with some Republicans balking at the huge price tag at a time when more Americans are feeling the crush of inflation. The midterm elections are just a few weeks away and the Pentagon has just lost its war on Iran. Will we see a revolt in the GOP? Also today, Trump claims to be “low-keying” his negotiations with Iran. What does that mean?
