Escalation? US/Iran Exchange Fire As Yet Another ‘Breakthrough’ Announced

: Is it really a breakthrough this time, or just more market manipulation? The pattern has been obvious: talk up a deal and oil drops then threaten “annihilation” and it rises. Is this diplomacy, saber rattling, or more market manipulation?
