Federal Judge Seeks To Defang DOGE

U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang has ruled that Elon Musk’s role as DOGE enforcer may be unconstitutional, ordering that he “shall not take any action, or engage in any work, relating to the shutdown of USAID.” Is the deep state pushing back?
