The New York Times has taken aim at President Trump’s famous hatchet man, Elon Musk, for sending his teams through the institutions of the Executive Branch rooting out decades of mismanagement, financial abuse, and outright fraud. From USAID to the Department of Education to the Office of Personnel Management, we are seeing a revolution in Washington. Will they be able to pull it off?
