And he believed. Now it is two months later and neither border incidents nor big cash incentives to the military, nor even apparent sabotage of Venezuela’s power generation system has resulted in the promised overthrow of the Maduro government. And to make matters worse, the Russians have landed which enormously complicates repeated US claims that “everything including military action” is on the table.
