Biden's Border Bungle: Immigration...Or Invasion?

Americans on the Left and Right are finding themselves in rare agreement: whatever their position on immigration they view Biden's handling of the mass influx of Haitians at the Texas border as a disaster. How is it possible to have bungled so badly? What is to be done? Also today: "Ten for the big guy" turns out to be fact, not Russian disinformation. So now what? And a shocking discovery from JP Morgan on the Delta Variant. Don't miss today's Liberty Report...

If Australia’s brutal response to lockdown protests was happening elsewhere, hypocritical Canberra would be demanding sanctions

undefined

The world is watching in horror as Covid chaos unfolds on the streets Down Under, with heavy-handed elite police piling in on lockdown protestors using an arsenal of weapons that would be the envy of any authoritarian regime.

The online images are all too familiar: helmeted and masked police in body armour with batons held high, clubbing protestors lying on the ground as incapacitating pepper smoke burns their eyes and chokes their breath.

Meanwhile, mobs of rowdy protestors take over city streets, blocking traffic and disrupting the working week as they throw projectiles at ‘whoop-whooping’ police cars. Mayhem reigns.

But where is it? Burma? Hong Kong? Venezuela? Nope, it’s my home town of Melbourne, Australia.

Freedom from Fear: Stop Playing the Government’s Mind Games

undefined

America is in the midst of an epidemic of historic proportions. The contagion being spread like wildfire is turning communities into battlegrounds and setting Americans one against the other. Normally mild-mannered individuals caught up in the throes of this disease have been transformed into belligerent zealots, while others inclined to pacifism have taken to stockpiling weapons and practicing defensive drills.

Melbourne Meltdown: Lockdowned Aussies Rise In Revolt

The match that lit the flame was likely the announcement by the government that all construction projects would be put on hold for two weeks to punish construction workers who opposed the mandatory vax. Now, a worker-led rebellion is spreading with protestors shutting down freeways and more. Will the tyranny finally be defeated? Also today, Louisiana State University "unenrolls" students who haven't complied with their vax/testing mandate - but they only return half the money! Finally: masks and distancing are only for the little people. The elites flaunt the rules again and again. Watch today's Liberty Report...

The Empire’s Last Stand

undefined

In the early months of 1947, President Harry Truman and Dean Acheson, his secretary of state, made up their minds to prop up Greece’s openly fascist monarchy against a popular revolt they had cast as a Soviet threat. After much hand-wringing, Truman went to Congress on March 12 to ask for $400 million in aid, not quite $5 billion today when adjusted for inflation.

Truman and Acheson knew the Greek intervention would be a hard sell: Congress was in no mood to spend that kind of money, and the war-weary public harbored hope for FDR’s vision of a postwar order built on the principle of peaceful coexistence. As the speech went through its multiple drafts, Arthur Vandenberg, Republican senator from Michigan and a presence in the planning of America’s postwar posture, offered advice that must be counted elegantly forthright, if diabolic in its cynicism.

It comes down to us today, and for good reason. “Mr. President,” Vandenberg said during White House deliberations, “the only way you are ever going to get this is to make a speech and scare hell out of the American people.”

Truman made his since-famous “scare hell” speech. The Greeks got their $400 million (a remarkable proportion of which was embezzled by government ministers), and the American public was kept scared for the next 40–odd years — the Cold War years.

Old Soldier Mark Milley Should ‘Fade Away’

undefined

A week after President Harry Truman fired WWII war hero Gen. Douglas MacArthur in April 1951, MacArthur addressed a joint session of Congress with some self-pity about being overruled and under-appreciated by that civilian Truman: "Old soldiers never die – they just fade away."

MacArthur had publicly criticized Truman for denying him permission to nuke "Red China" after it sent troops into Korea to fight US troops there. That was in April 1951, 70 years ago. Truman explained: "I fired him because he wouldn’t respect the authority of the President…I didn’t fire him because he was a dumb son of a bitch, although he was."

Given, comparisons can be invidious, but the most charitable explanation for the behavior of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs 4-star Gen. Gen. Mark Milley – and the explanation most often adduced by those who know him – is that he merits the sobriquet Truman gave to 5-star MacArthur. I tend to be less charitable, seeing Milley as insubordinate and duplicitous, and – most important – trying to illegally insert himself into the sensitive chain of command to authorize the use of nuclear weapons.

Now that vaccinated people need the monoclonal treatments, Biden admin and media attack the treatment

undefined

For those of you who couldn't believe that the government's war on ivermectin and every other treatment was rooted in a sinister motivation, its new attack on the monoclonal antibodies should indelibly cement the terrifying thought in your mind. The government and the media are now using the same attack pattern on the monoclonal antibody treatment that they used on hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin now that it has become popular with people desperate for treatment – vaccinated and unvaccinated alike.

On Sept. 14, the Biden administration announced that the feds would be cutting the number of monoclonal treatments per week in the southern states and reallocating them as part of a broader plan to start rationing the treatments. For example, in Florida, HHS issued an allocation for the week of Sept. 13 of 3,100 doses of BAM/ETE treatments and 27,850 doses of REGN-COV. As Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said in a press conference last week, this would effectively reduce Florida's allocation by 50%. The federal agency did this without any warning or indication that there was a shortage.

Then, last Thursday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki explained the move as follows: "Our supply is not unlimited and we believe it should be equitable." HHS then followed up with an explanation of the policy of "equity."

Fauci: 'Wanna Fly? Take The Shot!'

With Fauci's strong endorsement, the White House is reportedly giving serious consideration to a "no shot, no fly" rule to prohibit Americans who have not taken the covid shot from traveling by air within the United States. Will Biden destroy civilian air travel to punish those who do not want his preferred medical treatment? Also today, former FDA chief admits that the "six foot" social distancing rule was not "the science" but in fact made up out of thin air. And: Biden's antibodies war on Texas and Florida. ‘Justice for J6 Rally’: A Set-Up or a Psy-Op?

undefined

A few dozen protesters showed up to last weekend’s “Justice for J6” rally in Washington DC, but that did not stop the authoritarian Washington Beltway establishment from spending millions to again turn the area into a fortress, complete with a militarized Capitol Hill Police force and an army of undercover FBI agents. The protesters were easily outnumbered by reporters desperate for another “insurrection” story and by police officers who looked like they were ready for military combat.
